How quickly can I get live?

What happens after the trial?

After the trial, you’ll continue on your selected plan unless cancelled.

Which charges are most relevant to My Voice Agent?

The main usage charges are phone calls, SMS messages, AI voice call minutes, and AI conversation messages.

Will you help me estimate usage before I start?

Yes. We can help estimate likely usage based on your call volume, average call length, SMS follow-up needs, and how your voice agent is configured.

Is My Voice Agent GDPR compliant?

My Voice Agent is designed to support UK GDPR compliant call handling. We only use personal information where there is a lawful basis, and we can agree a Data Processing Agreement with business customers where required.

Can I request UK data hosting?

Yes. If your business needs UK data hosting, tell us before setup. We’ll confirm what is possible for your call data, transcripts, CRM records and connected tools before your voice agent goes live.

Do I need to tell callers that calls are recorded?

Yes. If call recording or transcription is enabled, you should tell callers clearly. We can help add a short disclosure to the start of your call flow.

Do you provide a Data Processing Agreement?

Yes. For business customers, we can provide or agree a Data Processing Agreement where required. Please contact us before using My Voice Agent with live customer or caller data.

What information can the voice agent collect?

It can collect the details needed for your call flow, such as names, phone numbers, enquiry details, booking information and notes from the conversation. We recommend only collecting what you need.

What does the free trial include?

Your 30-day trial includes access to the My Voice Agent system and setup workflow. Phone costs, AI credits, and call usage are billed separately.

Do I need to change my number?

No. You can use a new number or forward calls from your existing business number.

Can it answer all calls?

Yes — or you can use it only after hours, during busy periods, or as overflow support.

Do usage charges apply during the free trial?

Yes. The 30-day free trial gives you access to My Voice Agent, but call, SMS and AI usage charges still apply on Monthly and Annual plans.

How do I avoid separate usage charges?

Choose the Unlimited plan. It includes call and AI usage costs, giving you more predictable monthly pricing.

Why are charges shown in dollars?

Some usage charges are based on the underlying platform rates and may be billed in USD. We’ll confirm your expected costs before setup.

Are calls recorded?

Calls can be recorded, transcribed and summarised where this is enabled. This helps capture enquiries, send notifications, review quality and improve call handling.

Can the agent tell callers they are speaking to AI?

Yes. Your agent can include a clear opening message so callers know they are speaking to an AI voice agent before continuing.

Who is responsible for caller data?

Your business is usually responsible for how caller, lead and customer data is collected and used in your own service. My Voice Agent helps provide the system, but you should make sure your privacy notice and call handling process are suitable for your business.

How long are call recordings kept?

Retention can depend on your setup and the systems connected to your voice agent. We’ll confirm the retention period before you go live, and you can request different settings where available.
